Customer's Right of Withdrawal as a Consumer:

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following instructions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily not attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your communication of withdrawal from this contract and the return of the goods to be returned. The deadline is considered met if both conditions are fulfilled by this day. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; For processing and re-stocking, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of EUR 4.90.

If acceptance is refused without a reason apparent to us or the goods cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, the following fees will apply:

Shipments within the EU: EUR 8.90
Shipments from all other countries: EUR 14.90
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Bundle products can only be returned as a bundle; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the individual price for the product kept.

The goods must arrive in the same condition as new when we dispatched them. If we find that the goods have been used, washed, or damaged, and this damage has not been reported to us upon receipt, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
